If so, check out our classes at LAB5fitness!  We have a unique circuit training program on a pilates reformer machine.  Our classes are 50 minutes of strength training circuits combined with cardiovascular bursts to efficiently burn fat and calories.  &lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;We offer PowerReformer for the hard core folk, and All Levels for everyone who wants to get a full body workout with modifications.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;These classes are currently my favorite to teach.
